Onboarding Malmö is a platform where the City of Malmö, together with the business community and coordinated through Media Evolution, works to attract and retain international talent.
Through initiatives such as the Soft Landing Program and Malmö Residency, the platform is developed in collaboration with key partners, including Malmö University and Region Skåne, to support international professionals in settling and building careers in Malmö.
